Applied Innovation Group

Overview: I worked this internship part time for five months while being a full time student. My main task was to improve the overall efficiency that the projects were being built at. I realized that assemblers were facing challenges towards the beginning of a new project. To help with this, I suggested reorganizing the structure that information gets pass down. 

Outcome of experience: Working around and with assemblers helped me to understand the importance of their work. A company's success is highly dependent on the environment that it chooses to give to its workers.

Fun fact: Work was a 5 minute commute from school.
